Michelle has been a personal trainer and group fitness coach for over 15 years and has completed her 200hr Maya Yoga teacher training as well as Level 1 Mat Pilates.
Michelle took the leap from being a Restaurateur to a full time Fitness coach. Michelle loves functional fitness and you will always feel the burn in her class! She brings the heat!
When Michelle is not at work you can find her paddle boarding on the lake or hiking up Knox mountain.
