Hey there! I’m Ramtin, and my fitness journey started 15 years ago, fueled by a deep passion for training and well-being. Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise in physical conditioning through a blend of hands-on experience and continuous learning.
My athletic roots trace back to competitive soccer and endless hours in the swimming pool, laying the groundwork for my dedication to weight training and overall physical development. Alongside my B.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in robotics and automation, I’ve crafted a unique biomechanical approach to fitness that combines my academic background with my fitness philosophy.
The gym became my sanctuary, where I built not just strength but also confidence. My mission now is to share these empowering tools and experiences gathered over the years with others. I firmly believe in helping individuals uncover their true potential and reach their fitness aspirations.
