I hear from many that life is so busy , I don’t have the time, I am not flexible, yoga is not for me, the list goes on. In todays times you may just find you have more time.
Start with 1 or 2 poses a day, or 5 minutes. In the sequence provided pick a few and stay with the order they on in. If you have not been taught 10, 13, 14,15 leave them out until you can study with a qualified teacher.
