High – Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Cups Rolled Oats (can be organic gluten free oats)
1 Egg      (Baking without eggs – see chart below)
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 TBSP Chia Seed
1 Banana
1 Scoop of your favourite Protein ( Vegiday etc)

Directions:

In a blender mix all ingredients.
1 TBSP Coconut oil on medium heat on your griddle.
Wipe away excess
Cook 2 -3 minute each side
