Fitness Options for Members
Change things up for 2021!

Best bang for your dollar – utilize everything we have to offer.  Here is a list of everything your membership has to offer.

 

Gym 2 floors or 25,000 square feet – yes some members do not know we have 2 floors ; )
Cardio Options Beside hitting a court or our Cardio Floor – we have battle ropes, slam balls, spin bikes, skipping ropes, Swinn Bikes & rowing machines around the club.
Private workout space – Cage 2 – Private functional space members can pre – book on your app.
Boxing & Bags – Normally on our second floor but for covid you can pre-book our private space – Cage 2.
Tennis – 3 courts for single play during Covid – Coaches can be booked for private or semi private lessons
Squash – 3  courts for singles – Coaches can be booked for private or semi private lessons
Racquetball or Handball – can be played on our racquet courts.
Pickleball – 6 courts for singles – or a mini practice court in one of our racquetball courts.  Coaches can be booked for private or semi private lessons.
Table Tennis – Played in Squash court 1 until next PHO mandates announced.
Darts, Foosball and Shuffle Board. –  2 members at a time – social distancing and masks mandated.
Fitness Classes – Strength, Pilates, Barre and more
Yoga – for all levels and Yin Yoga too
Virtual Fitness – Fitness on Demand – When you just cant make it to the club. Do anywhere –  outside or at home
Athletic Therapy –  Have an injury ?  Looking to balance muscle activation ?  Want to be stronger ?  Marina can help.
Personal Training – strength training, choose one of our fabulous trainers – train one on one or with your partner, or have a new program designed just for you.
Personal Training – small group – sometimes when we work out with others we get that little extra motivation
