Preliminary work along Burtch Rd will begin Wednesday August 5th in preparation for lane widening along Burtch Rd and Hwy 97. To do so, the construction team be closing the most northern access/egress for approximately 3 weeks. Further to this, they will be limiting access along Burtch Rd to “northbound only” so you will need to utilize Hwy 97 to access Burtch Rd.
There is also a small amount of work that will be taking place at the access across from Kelglen Crest. The intent is to leave this access open with the same traffic movements noted above (northbound movements only). Once the work is completed, normal access/egress will be reinstated until the larger scope of work starts along Burtch Rd.

Friday August 7
With the work that is happening along Burtch road, we are also eradicating the existing paint in our back lot and repainting new stalls on SUNDAY, AUGUST 9TH.
In order to complete this phase, we will be closing our back lot at 11am on Sunday. It will reopen Monday Morning at 6am.
