I began a career in construction and civil engineering before transitioning to exercise science and personal training in 2001 after leaving Dubai. Coaching individuals for over 20 years, I am currently completing a degree in psychology with a focus on coaching personal change. A firm believer in the combination of academia and personal practice, I bring a unique, science-based perspective to fitness and personal development.

A former national drug-tested physique champion and trainer of professional athletes, I emphasize fundamental, evidence-backed approaches, steering clear of fleeting fitness trends while maintaining a rigorous personal training regimen – practicing what I preach.
