
Week 1: Intro to heels technique + conditioning
Week 2: Choreography
Week 3: Choreography + enhancing performance skills
Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel confident and allows you to move freely. Heels are optional! You’re more than welcome to come in sneakers or socks- whatever makes you feel like your best self. If you choose to wear heels, choose a pair that you can dance in comfortably- normally 1-2 inches and something that straps to your ankle.
*no platform heels unless you are experienced*
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
