Here at Global, we love to cycle! Which is why we invested into the best bikes on the market: the LeMond Revmaster, developed by Greg LeMond who was the first American to win the Tour de France.
We have Kelowna’s top instructors, not to mention local cycling and triathletes instructing our classes. So whether you’re a weekend warrior, need a daily fix or looking for more athletic specific classes – we have what you’re looking for.
You don’t have to have any experience to enjoy our cycle classes and we welcome new bees! Our highly qualified instructors modify to all levels… see how you get what you put into these classes and why cycling has made such a positive difference in so many members health and fitness.

| cycle yoga | wanna test your limits? this challenging and energetic cycle class starts in the cycle studio and finishes with a unique cycling specific stretch/relaxation set in our PUR yoga studio. you get the best of both worlds in this latest cycling combo class. limited to 14 spots. |
| real ride | join us for the NEW virtual experience as you follow the terrain on the big screen. |
| cycle power | 30 min of high energy intervals, burn major calories as the time flies by! suitable as a great starter class. simply advise the instructor you're new. |
| lunch express series | we have created the ultimate weekly workout options for those busy worker bees out there. trust us, you'll work hard and see results. 30 min is all you'll need. mon - thurs |

athletic cycle and core - registered program - this is the closest thing you'll get to the " real thing".... taught by Kelowna Cycle United athletes. this 1 hour cycle and 30 minute core class will keep you conditioned through the winter. Starts Oct 18th to Dec 13th (9 classes) |
