At Global Fitness, we offer programs accessible and achievable for everybody. We are committed to being life-long learners and providing a service that will go beyond your expectations.

Our team of highly qualified, certified and fun, health professionals strive to create unique programs suitable for every age group, fitness level and body composition.  They are committed to helping each member become pro-active and taking charge of their personal health and well-being.  We feel the best way to help our members achieve success in their health, fitness and wellbeing is through education, motivation and support.

We are not just another fitness facility filled with tools!  We are a fitness facility that is committed to helping our members use every tool to their best advantage.

We understand that often the toughest part of every workout is getting there.  We want to ensure every member is confident and comfortable trying new programs, no matter what your goals are.  It is important to us that you have a positive environment in order for you to achieve maximum results.

We also understand that everybody has different goals and fitness levels, therefore; we are offering a variety of programs to ‘exercise your options’ so you can live your healthiest and fittest life ever!

TRX Circuit Power Cardio & strength interval training using the TRX Bottcamp style.
Latin Power Fuses Zumba, Latin Dance & Step for an energetic journey to exceptional cardio fitness and fun.
Urban Cardio Power We haven't changed anything from our very popular and challenging cardio class except the surroundings!  Take your cardio to the next level with this progressive outdoor class.  Rain or shine - we challenge you to this amazing outdoor adventure each week! (option to take it indoors on less  favourable weather) 
Cardio Power Non-stop cardio drills designed to burn tons of calories - see urban cardio power.
GROUP FITNESS & SPIN STUDIO DESCRIPTIONS
C.S.I. Get results fast in this intense 30 minute strength and interval class!
Cycle & Core High energy cycle followed by 15 min of core conditioning in our group fitness studio
Cycle 202 A great class for anyone who is looking for 45 minutes of cycling drills and fun!
Lunch express series We have created the ultimate weekly workout options for those busy worker bees out there!  Trust us, you'll work hard and see results.  30 min is all you'll need!  Monday to Thursday.
Real Ride Join us for the virtual experience as you follow the terrain on the big screen!
Zumba! This is the latest craze in group fitness classes.  Burn up to 1,000 calories per hour as you learn dance choreography from many different dance inspired moves. This is a high energy and fun class!
Balance & Core Fun core exercises to strengthen your back & abs.
Cardio Tennis Take your cardio to the courts this summer and work with a tennis pro and personal trainer as they put you through a variey of tennis inspired drills.  Racquets provided.
