What are Global Boot Camps?
Boot Camps are group personal training sessions that are result focused. Full body strength, balance, core strength, agility, stability, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, challenging, rewarding and fun! Trainers will be using a variety of equipment in our Ultra fit Funtional training areas, Plyo Boxes, TRX, Kettle Bells, Agility Ladders, Bumper Plates, Ropes, Bosu, Fit Ball, medicine Balls, and more! Test your limit.
Global Boot Camps Include:
- 4 weeks of personal group training 2 or 3x per week
- 22 training sessions per week to choose from
- support and encouragement from fellow boot campers
- accountability to ensure your success
- boot camp hat ( new boot campers only)
- 1 complimentary recovery shake

DETOX Saturdays - After a weekend of any indulgence, this class will get your body ready for the busy week ahead. Variety is the key, loads of challenges but fun for everyone to enjoy the benefits of cross training workouts. 20 minutes spin class, followed by a circuit. Women on Weights- 60 minutes of butt toning, leg shaping, calorie busting, torso trimming fun! Utilizing hand weights, balls, tubing or NO equipment at all, this promises to work your body in ways never thought possible. This workout is the perfect solution to ramp up your fitness. TRX- What is TRX? TRX stands for Total Resistance EXercise. TRX Suspension Training helps you build total body strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for people of all ages and fitness levels. Alternate between functional exercises using your own body weight and gravity for resistance and cardio blasts to burn tons of calories and get you in the best shape ever! Bootcamp for Seniors- Are you fifty years of age or older, or are younger but have a physical limitation, and need to get in shape or lose weight? Modified exercises will allow seniors, or younger people with physical limitations, to benefit from exercising safely at your own pace. This class is not performance based, but based on effort, meaning the program simply requires you to give your best. All ages, sizes and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Participants should be in good physical health and should see their physician prior to joining any diet or exercise program. GAIN strength, balance, flexibility, confidence and knowledge...and LOSE weight! |
